Certified Docusign CLM Implementation Consultant

This exam is intended for Implementation Consultants who have knowledge and experience in the Docusign CLM product including building CLM workflows, setting up environments, troubleshooting errors, managing users and groups, managing documents, implementing Docusign CLM, and configuring Docusign CLM with Salesforce. 

Recommended Training and Preparation

This exam is designed for candidates with 6-12 months of experience developing technical solutions with Docusign CLM. It is recommended that candidates complete the following training and activities in preparation for the exam: 

• Docusign CLM Administration (2 days)
• Docusign CLM Administration Specialist 
• Docusign CLM Build Workflows (3 days)
• Docusign CLM Workflow Specialist 
• Docusign CLM Implement Advanced Workflows (3 days)
• Docusign CLM Integrate Workflows with Salesforce (1 day)

Exam Cost (Per Exam Session): 

This exam is offered at no cost for a limited time (a $250 value in savings) 

Exam Details

• You will be presented with 65 items on the exam. Exam items will be presented as multiple choice. Some questions will have more than one correct answer. 
• You must score 70% correct in order to pass.  
• Your final score will be calculated on the number of items you answer correctly, so please be sure to answer all questions. 
• You will have 90 minutes to complete the exam in a proctored environment. You will need to provide a valid government-issued photo identification in order to take the exam. 
• Passing the exam will result in a certification credential and a digital badge. 
• If you do not pass the exam, Docusign recommends that you revisit the training materials below and review the exam preparation guide before you retake the exam at a later date. You will be required to wait a minimum waiting period of 45 days before you are eligible to retake the exam. 

Privacy Notice

Prior to the exam, we will be collecting your name, your phone number, your email address, and a copy of a government issued ID  to verify your identity. During the exam, we will also be recording (both in audio and video form) participation of the exam for its full duration for purposes of ensuring the integrity of the exam. We use the recorded data to review adherence to exam rules and is a basis in determining exam performance. The recorded data will be retained for 30 days following the exam date.
